Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá efektivním řízením vztahů na pracovišti a snahou tyto vztahy stále zlepšovata řídit k prospěchu nejen zaměstnanců, ale celé organizace. Zkoumanou organizací pro diplomovou práci je Ministerstvo zemědělství jako ústřední orgán státní správy. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit pomocí dotazníkového šetření, zda jsou zaměstnanci Ministerstva zemědělství spokojeni s řízením, vztahy na pracovišti a jaké panují vztahy mezi zaměstnanci. Výstupem diplomové práce jsou navrhovaná doporučení pro vedení organizace v těch oblastech, kde byly zjištěny rezervy v oblasti řízení. Analýza byla realizována v oblastech odměňování, komunikace, zaměstnaneckých vztahů, spokojenosti na pracovišti, motivace, benefitů a v neposlední řadě zkoumala faktory, které mohou negativně ovlivňovat vztahy na pracovišti.

Abstract:

My thesis deals with an effective relationship management at the workplace and the effort still to improve these relations and manage them in favour of not only all employees, but also the whole organization. The examined organization is the Ministery of Agriculture as a central government body. The main aim is to find out by means of questionnaire enquiry whether all employees of the Ministery of Agriculture are satisfied with relationship management at the workplace and what are the relationships among the employees at the workplace . The output of the thesis are suggested recommendations concerning the organization management in those areas where reserves in management have been detected. The analysis was performed in the area of rewarding, communication, employee relationships, satisfaction at the workplace, motivation, benefits and last but not least it has examined the factors which can negatively influence the relationships at the workplace.
