Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na sestavení podnikatelského plánu na založení autoservisu s pneuservisem. Teoretická část vymezuje strukturu podnikatelského plánu, objasňuje Business model Canvas, objasňuje pojmy z oblasti daňové problematiky. Praktická část popisuje, co je potřeba k založení autoservisu s pneuservisem. Dále práce obsahuje analýzu trhu, zhodnocení možných rizik, daňové zatížení, finanční predikci a další faktory ovlivňující činnost autoservisu. Cílem diplomové práce je sestavit podnikatelský plán a popsat možnosti rozšíření služeb.

Abstract:

Thesis is focused on establishing a business plan in the car service sector. The theoretical part outlines the business plan structure, defines the Canvas Business Model and deals with the taxation regulations relevant to the sector. The practical part describes the necessary steps in opening a car service establishment. Furthermore, the study contains the target market analysis, possible threads evaluation, related tax burden, financial predication and it also mentions other factors that impact services of the described car service place. The thesis aims to establish a business plan and to describe the possibilities to extend its services.
