Management of ICT in Pharmaceutical Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice zásad a pokynů vydaných Evropskou Unií resp. Státním úřadem pro kontrolu léčiv, týkající se počítačových systémů používaných ve farmaceutickém průmyslu. Teoretická část popisuje doplněk 11, který definuje základní doporučení pro řízení počítačových systémů. Dále popisuje úskalí projektového řízení a kroků s ním spojených. Praktická část, nejprve demonstruje formou auditu zjištěné nedostatky aktuálního stavu ICT ve farmaceutické společnosti, dále na vybraném nálezu auditu názorně ukazuje tvorbu projektového plánu a implementaci záložní internetové linky do podnikové infrastruktury výrobního závodu léčivých přípravků. Výsledkem práce je vypracovaný projektových plán a provedená implementace splňující legislativní normy a nařízení, kterou je v lehce upravené podobě možné použít jako mustr při plánování, řízení a nasazení jak v průmyslu podléhajícím nařízení SVP, tak i mimo něj.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the problems of principles and guidelines issued by the European Union respectively State Office for Drug Control. Thesis is relating to computerised systems used in the pharmaceutical industry. The theoretical part describe annex 11, which defines the basic recommendations for the management of computer systems. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes the difficulty of project management and the associated steps. The practical part firstly demonstrates audit of the current state of ICT and shows found shortcomings. In addition to the one selected audit findings, demonstrates the creation and implementation of the project plan of backup Internet link to the corporate infrastructure manufacturing plant medicines. The result of the thesis is prepared and executed project plan of implementation meets the legislative standards and regulations, which can be, in a slightly modified form used as guideline in the planning, management and deployment in industry subject to regulation SVP and beyond.
