Attitude to Remuneration in Family Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje odměňování ve vybrané rodinné firmě. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou, metodologickou a praktickou část. První úsek teoretické části se zabývá definicí rodinné firmy, její charakteristikou, konceptem a rodinnými firmami ve světě a v ČR. Druhý úsek teoretické části se zabývá odměňováním. Metodologická část se věnuje metodologii praktické části, kde byly použity metody, jako pozorování, dotazování a analýza interních dokumentů. První úsek praktické části obsahuje charakteristiku vybrané rodinné firmy. Druhý úsek praktické části se zabývá samotným přístupem odměňování. Nechybí deskripce jednotlivých útvarů ve firmě, pracovní popisy funkcí, ani návaznost mzdy. Cílem práce je zhodnocení aktuálního nastavení odměňování v konkrétní firmě a návrh takového systému odměňování, který bude mít potenciál zajistit žádoucí stabilitu v podobě loajálních a motivovaných zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The thesis dedicates to remuneration in the chosen family company. It is devided to theoretical, methodical and practical parts. The first segment of the theoretical part deals with definition of family company, characteristics, concept and family companies in the world and in the Czech Republic. The second segment of the theoretical part deals with remuneration. The methodological part deals with the methodology of practical part where were used methods of observation, interview and analysis of internal documents. The first segment of the practical part conteins characteristics of the chosen family Company. The second segment of the practical part deals with the remuneration itself. It includes description of individual departments of company, descriptions of jobs and continuity of salary. The thesis goal is evaluation of current remuneration adjustment in the specific company and suggestion of remuneration, which will have potencial, ensure the stability in forms of loyal, faithful and motivated employees.
