Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na institut ústavní výchovy a s tím související problematiku dětí s poruchami chování. Teoretická část se zabývá institutem ústavní a ochranné výchovy včetně důvodů, které vedou k nařízení a uložení obou forem institucionální péče, dále klasifikací školských zařízení pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy. V souvislosti s tím se také zabývá speciálně pedagogickou intervencí ve výchovných ústavech, kde jsou umístěny děti ve vývojovém období adolescence. Zaměřuje se na charakteristiku umístěných dětí z hlediska tohoto vývojového období a také z pohledu poruch emocí a chování. Empirická část poskytuje pohled na ústavní výchovu, na její průběh i výsledky, očima bývalých absolventů, pohled opřený o vlastní prožitky a zkušenosti. Data byla získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných interview a analyzována podle postupů zakotvené teorie. V získaných datech byly identifikovány tyto kategorie: pozitivní zážitek, negativní zážitek, skupina, sebereflexe a hodnocení ústavní výchovy. Centrální kategorie byla nazvána reflexe ústavní výchovy.

Abstract:

My Thesis is focused on the institute of the Adjudicated institutional treatment and the related behavioral problems of minors. The theoretical part deals with the concept of the Adjudicated Institutional Treatment and the Protective Young Offenders Rehabilitation including reasons that lead to imposing both forms of institutional guidance. It also deals with classification of educational facilities for execution of the Adjudicated Institutional Treatment of minors and the Protective Young Offenders Rehabilitation. The Thesis addresses the issue of special educational intervention in education facilities where adolescents are placed. It is centered on the characteristics of children in the period of their adolescence with regards to their emotional and behavioral disorders. The emphirical part looks at the institutional treatment, its courá and results, in the view of its alumni which is a view based on their own feelings and experience. The necessary data were obtained via half-structured interviews and they were analysed according to the Grounded Theory Procedures and Techniques. The categories such a positive experience, negative experience, group, self¬-reflexion and assessment of the institutional treatment were identified. The central category was called Reflexion of the Institutional Treatment.
