Ako vyplýva zo samotného názvu diplomovej práce, jej obsahom je popísať organizačnú štruktúru ako faktor úspechu finančnej inštitúcie. Cieľom práce je analyzovať organizačnú štruktúru vybranej finančnej inštitúcie a navrhnúť možnosti jej zlepšenia. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol.
