The General Meeting of Capital Companies
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis concerns general meetings of capital companies in which it aims to point at the importance of the general meeting as the organ for its businessman on the basis of description and analysis of legal regulations of this organ, moreover to find out the differences between the general meetings on the basis of comparision of their slovak and czech modification.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca zaoberajúca sa valnými zhromaždeniami kapitálových obchodných spoločností v nich si dáva za cieľ poukázať na význam valného zhromaždenia ako orgánu pre jeho podnikateľa na základe deskripcie a analýzy právnej úpravy tohto orgánu, taktiež konštatovať rozdiely medzi valnými zhromaždeniami na základe komparácie ich slovenskej a českej úpravy.
