Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda jsou firmy spokojené s prací zdravotně handicapovaných a zda jsou se svou prací spokojeni sami handicapovaní. V teoretických kapitolách, kde se věnuji speciálně pedagogickému poradenství, bych chtěl, kromě vysvětlení pojmu tohoto druhu poradenství a objasnění forem a cílů poradenské práce, seznámit s legislativou týkající se zaměstnávání těchto osob. The main target of this work is the determination of emloyers satisfaction wiht handicapped people in the work, how do handicapped people like their jobs and how difficult.
