Bakalářská práce se zabývá službami v cestovním ruchu pro segment rodin s dětmi, zkoumá vybraný hotel a analyzuje jaký návrh zavedení nového produktu bude vhodný k vylepšení nabízených služeb. Pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu na základě dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s rodiči bude zjištěna specifikace zájmu o konkrétní služby. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí.
