Diplomová práce je zaměřena na novodobé trendy v evropském vězeňství, které jsou, jak již z názvu vyplývá, v České republice nové. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, zda je společnost připravena na změny v rámci vězeňského systému a zda je schopna přijmout nové programy a systémy v rámci vězeňství. The thesis focuses on the modern trends in European prisons, which, as the title suggests, are new in the Czech Republic. The main aim of the thesis is to find out whether the society is ready for the changes within the prison system and whether it is able to accept new programmes and systems within the prison system.
