Impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on Airbnb
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady pandemie COVID-19 na sdílenou ekonomiku a cestovní ruch. Zejména pak dopadem na krátkodobé ubytování přes platformu Airbnb v covidových letech 2020 a 2021. Srovnává vývoj tržeb, rezervací a poptávek po ubytování právě v těchto krizových letech. Dále také tato práce srovnává vývoj nabídky ubytování v jednotlivých městech a regionech, kde Airbnb působí.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis deals with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the sharing economy and tourism. In particular, the impact on short-term accommodation via the Airbnb platform in the covid years 2020 and 2021.
