Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí daného podniku Skřivánek s.r.o. – pobočka České Budějovice. Zaměřuje se na trh v Jihočeském kraji. Tyto analýzy vedou k úspěšnému udržení na trhu, generování zisku, jednoduchému chodu podniku a vytvoření si obrany proti nové konkurenci. Vnitřní prostředí podniku nám nejblíže přiblíží SWOT analýza a analýza Portfolia služeb. Naopak vnější prostředí analyzuje Porterový model pěti sil, strategické mapy a analýza konkurence. V metodologicko-teoretické části je výklad teorie, popis analýz a daných strategií. Aplikační část zpracovává jednotlivé analýzy na daný podnik, který je na trhu již řadu let na vrcholu a zjišťuje, jak se na takové pozici dokáže udržet a jaké kroky vyvíjí k udržení této pozice. Určení strategické pozice podniku.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is to evaluate the internal and external environment of the company Skrivanek Ltd. - A branch of Czech Budejovice It focuses on the market in South County.
