Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je důkladné definování pojmu veřejný zájem a dalších klíčových pojmů k němu přidružených. Veřejný zájem je pojem velice těžko definovatelný, jehož všeobecnou a univerzální definici nepředkládá zákon, teorie a dokonce ani praxe. Abstract:
The title of this thesis is "Public Interest, Public Interests", which is undoubtedly a topic that has recently become a phenomenon of this time. This term should be understood as integral part of the function of society and in my thesis I try closely explain this concept. This thesis includes three main chapters - Public Interest, Interest Groups and Lobbying.
