Úvod. Hlavním trendem moderní farmakogenetiky je v současné době individualizace dávkování léčiv konkrétním pacientům, tzv. personalizace farmakoterapie. Background. The main trend in modern pharmacogenetics is currently individualization of the drug dosing to individual patients, the personalization of pharmacotherapy.
