Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zjišťuje pomocí analýzy dokumentů a dotazníkového šetření, do jaké míry je aplikováno etické řízení u jedné z poboček Moneta Money Bank. Realizované analýzy hodnotí tuto instituci jako eticky řízenou s kvalitním etickým kodexem, přičemž autorka prokazuje tento fakt výsledky svého výzkumného šetření. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis analyzes the extent to which ethical management is applied to one of Moneta Money Bank branches. The analyzed data evaluate this institution as ethically controlled with a good ethical code, while the author proves this fact of the results of his research.
