Práce se zabývá problematikou negativních dopadů výkonu vazby a možností jejich eliminace pomocí volnočasových aktivit nabízených obviněným vězeňskou službou. Práce je opřena o analýzu současného stavu a na tomto základě pokládá hypotézy, které se snaží pomocí výzkumu verifikovat. The thesis in concerned with the custody´s negative impacts issue and the possibility of its elimination through the use of the leisure activites supplied by prison service to the defendants.
