Cílem diplomové práce je analýza systému hodnocení ve vybraném podniku a návrh změny pro jeho zlepšení. V první části práce je popsána současná teorie vztahující se k hodnocení pracovníků. The goal of this dissertation is to analyse evaluation system of employees in the enterprise and to propose an effective performance.
