Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce jsou správní tresty a jejich výkon. V teoretické části se práce okrajově věnuje historickému vývoji přestupkového práva, definuje, co jsou správní tresty, správněprávní odpovědnost, jaké jsou druhy správních trestů, v neposlední řadě zmiňuje zásady pro udělování správních trestů a kritéria při jejich vyměřování.
