Using outsourcing methods of HR activites to make the companys operations more effecient

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je porovnání nákladů různých typů outsourcingu s interními náklady stejné činnosti. Předmětem zkoumání je společnost poskytující poradenství v oblasti informačních technologií. Cílem práce je doporučení varianty s nejnižšími náklady s ohledem na její proveditelnost. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem outsourcing a s ním související pojmy jako offshoring, nearshorring, rightshoring a outplacement. Dále jsou zde představeny fáze při zavádění outsourcingu zahrnující interní analýzu SWOT, mikroanalýzu PORTER a makroanalýzu STEEP. Jsou zde také obsažena rizika outsourcingu a jeho možné nevýhody. V aplikační části je představena společnost s její organizační strukturou a nákladová kalkulace čtyř variant. První variantou je rekapitulace interních nákladů, druhou variantou je plný outsourcing a poslední dvě varianty zahrnují odlišné řešení selektivního outsourcingu. Závěrem je vybrána jedna z navržených variant pro její nízkou nákladovost a kladné zhodnocení měkkých metrik.

Abstract:

The theme of the diploma thesis is to compare costs of different types of outsourcing with in-house costs of the same activity. Subject to examination is a company that provides Information Technology consultations. The aim of this work is to recommend the best option with lowest cost with regard to its feasibility. In the theoretical part there is the definition of outsourcing and related concepts such as offshoring, nearshorring, rightshoring and outplacement. Furthermore, there are presented phases of outsourcing implementation including an internal SWOT analysis, PORTER micro analysis and STEEP macro analysis. There are also included potential risks of outsourcing and its possible disadvantages. The application part presents a company with its organizational structure and four options of cost calculations. The first option is a recapitulation of internal costs, the second option is a full outsourcing, and the last two options involve different selective outsourcing solutions. In the conclusion is selected one of the proposed options for its low cost and favorable evaluation of soft metrics.
