Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na institut daňové kontroly, kterou správce daně využívá jako jeden z postupů při správě daní, kterým zjišťuje nebo prověřuje základ daně a ostatní okolnosti rozhodné pro správné stanovení, vyměření a následné vybrání daně.
