Anotace:

CRM Implementation to banking thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. Theoretical part gives general idea of CRM importance in today’s business and its interaction with banking systems as well as provides CRM definition. Theoretical part also allocates CRM benefits and explains implementation process in theory. Practical part shows that CRM implementation is possible and even can improve bank services. Practical part describes what steps project manager needs to take to successfully implement CRM
