Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem zadluženosti ČR v letech 2015-2020 z podhledu státního rozpočtu a státního dluhu. V úvodu diplomové práce je proveden rozbor základních pojmů týkajících se problematiky rozpočtů. The diploma thesis deals with the development of the Czech Republic's indebtedness in the years 2015-2020 from the perspective of the state budget and state debt. At the beginning of the diploma thesis, an analysis of basic concepts related to budget issues is performed.
