VLIV KOMUNIKACE VYUČUJÍCÍHO PŘI NÁCVIKU NOVÉ POHYBOVÉ DOVEDNOSTI

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývala vlivem komunikace vyučujícího při nácviku nové pohybové dovednosti. Teoretická část vychází z poznatků jiných studií, popisuje tvorbu výukového modulu, zhodnocuje přístupy v hodinách tělesné výchovy a ukotvuje samotné téma v kurikulárních dokumentech. Praktická část poskytuje klíčové informace o průběhu realizace výzkumu a přispívá k pochopení metodologických aspektů studie. Průběh měření byl proveden prostřednictvím systematického sběru dat v průběhu určeného období, během kterého byly aplikovány stanovené postupy a metody. Testovací prostředí zahrnovalo specifické prostředky, které byly přizpůsobeny potřebám výzkumu a zajišťovaly vhodné podmínky pro realizaci experimentu. Z testování vyplývá, že způsob komunikace vyučujícího má vliv při nácviku nové pohybové dovednosti. Ze tří testovaných situací, ti, kteří byli pozitivně motivováni, dosáhli nejlepšího výkonu při výuce volejbalových přihrávek. Nejhorší výsledky byly prokázány u žáků, kteří se učili pohybovou dovednost bez motivace a ukázky.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis dealt with the influence of the teacher's communication during the training of a new movement skill. The theoretical part is based on the findings of other studies, describes the creation of the teaching module, evaluates approaches in physical education classes and anchors the topic itself in curriculum documents. The practical part provides key information about the course of the research implementation and contributes to the understanding of the methodological aspects of the study. The course of measurement was carried out through systematic data collection during a specified period, during which specified procedures and methods were applied. The test environment included specific resources that were adapted to the needs of the research and provided suitable conditions for the implementation of the experiment. The testing shows that the teacher's way of communication has an effect when practicing a new movement skill.Of the three tested situations, those who were positively motivated achieved the best performance when teaching volleyball passes. The worst results were demonstrated for pupils who learned a movement skill without motivation and demonstration.
