Dizertační práce shrnuje současné dostupné poznatky o patogenezi androgen-dependentních dermatóz, jako jsou acne vulgaris, hirsutismus a androgenetická alopecie. Patogeneze akné je složitá a závisí na vzájemné souhře řady faktorů. Isotretinoin je prokazatelně nejúčinnější léčbou, ale přesný mechanismus účinku není zcela známý. Abstract:
The goal of the thesis is to summarize available current findings about pathogenesis of androgen-dependent dermatoses such as acne vulgaris, hirsutism and androgenetic alopecia. The pathogenesis of acne is complex and dependent on the influence of multiple factors. Isotretinoin is apparently the most effective treatment but the exact mechanism of action is unknown.
