Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na profesní hodnoty v práci učitele/učitelky mateřské školy. Cílem mé práce je zjistit jaké profesní hodnoty preferují učitele mateřských škol. The thesis is focused on the professional values in the work of the kindergarten teacher. The aim of my thesis is to determine which professional values are preferred by kindergarten teachers.
