Business Plan of Realization a Small Brewery in Český Krumlov

Abstract:

Pivo je nejvíce trendy nápojem, a přestože jeho spotřeba rok od roku klesá, jeho rozmanitost se dále rozvíjí. Aby v oboru pivovarnictví nenastal úpadek, je třeba, aby byl více investován čas do dalšího rozvoje. Cílem této práce bude vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro založení nového minipivovaru v Českém Krumlově na základě získaných informací. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. V první (Teoreticko-metodologické) se budeme věnovat teoretickým znalostem z dostupné literatury. Zde bude čtenář seznámen s tvorbou jednotlivých analýz, finančním plánem a následně jeho vyhodnocením a nakonec budou zmíněna specifika pivovarnictví. V analytické části se objeví potřebné analýzy, které jsou pro dané téma nezbytné. Finanční plán s patřičným vyhodnocením bude předcházet závěrečné části, ve které bude navržen podnikatelský záměr.

Abstract:

Beer is most popular trendy kind drink despite the own consumption is decreasing year by year but diversity is rising up. In order to decline of brewing the beer is necessary to invest a time for next development. With this thesis I am aiming to create business plan for developing of new small brewery in Český Krumlov based on acquired informations. Thesis is devided into several parts. In the first one (theoretical – metodological) we will pay attention of theoretical knowladge from available literature. Here will be reader introduced with creating of individual analisys, financial plan and his evaluation and finaly we will mention general information of brewing the beer. In the analitical part will appear necessary analysis which are for this theme needed. Financial plan will appropriate evaluating will precede the part where will be suggested the real business plan.
