Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza stávající situace vybrané firmy ZF Staňkov s.r.o. a vymezení vhodného návrhu pro budoucí opatření, která zlepší firemní postavení v logistickém řetězci. Společnost ZF Staňkov se zabývá výrobou hnacích ústrojí a převodovek pro zemědělské a jiné těžkotonážní zařízení. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current situation of the selected company ZF Staňkov s.r.o. and to define a suitable proposal for future measures that will improve the company's position in the logistics chain.
