Motivation of Workers in the Non-profit Organization XYZ, its Funding Sources and Tax Implications

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat formy motivace zaměstnanců v nestátní neziskové organizaci poskytující sociální služby, jejich zdroje financování a možné daňové dopady. V teoretické části je nejprve pojednáno obecně o motivaci zaměstnanců, následně jsou představeny nestátní neziskové organizace jako ekonomické subjekty, zdroje financování jejich činnosti a formy zdanění těchto organizací. Praktická část seznamuje čtenáře s konkrétní nestátní neziskovou organizací s názvem XYZ v návaznosti na motivaci jejich zaměstnanců. Formou analýzy zdrojů financování této organizace a dotazníkovým průzkumem byly zjištěny možnosti, které lze k financování motivace zaměstnanců využít i určité nedostatky v této oblasti, se kterými je možné dále pracovat. Výstupem celé analýzy je pak návrh "Vnitřní směrnice v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců pro organizaci XYZ"a několik dalších doporučení, které může organizace využít k dalšímu zefektivnění svého fungování.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to chart forms of the motivation of employees in non-governmental nonprofit organization providing social services, their sources of financing and possible tax impacts. The theoretical part deals with motivation of employees in general, then there are introduced non-governmental nonprofit organizations as economic subjects, sources of financing of their activities and forms of taxation of these organizations. The practical part informs about a concrete non-governmental nonprofit organization named XYZ further to motivation of its employees. By financing sources analysis of this organization and by an answer sheet research the possibilities, which can be used to finance motivation of employees and also certain imperfections in this area, were learnt. It is possible to work further with these. The output of this analysis is the suggestion "Internal directive in the area of the motivation of employees for XYZ organization" and several other recommendations, which can be used by an organization to further increase of efficiency of its operation.
