Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice migrace a integrace cizinců do sociálního systému České republiky se zaměřením na integraci Mongolů legálně pobývajících na území hlavního města Prahy na trh práce a do společnosti. Cílem této práce je porozumět, jak jsou Mongolové legálně pobývající na území hlavního města Prahy integrováni na trhu práce a v ostatních oblastech života v české společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na kompilační a empirickou část, přičemž kompilační část zahrnuje základní pojmy, normy a zákony, problematiku migrace a integrace, instituce, které pracují ve prospěch cizinců. Dále pak představení samotného Mongolska, jeho obyvatel a procesu migrace a integrace těchto cizinců na našem území. Empirická část je zaměřena na Mongoly legálně pobývající na území hlavního města Prahy, kteří zde dlouhodobě pobývají na základě víza nebo již mají trvalý pobyt.

Abstract:

The dissertation deals with the issue of migration and integrattion of foreigners into the social system of the Czech Republic, specifically is focused on the integration of Mongolians legally residing in the territory of the Capital City of Prague into the labour market and society. This work is aimed at understanding of the way of the integration of Mongolians legally residing in the territory of the Capital City into the labour work and other parts of the Czech society. The dissertation is divided into a compilation and an empirical part, where the compilation part includes basic terms, standards and laws, the issue of migration, the institutions working in foreigners´favour and the introduction of the Mongolia, the population and the process of migration and integration of these foreigners within the territory of the Czech Republic. The empirical part is focused on the Mongolians legally residing in the territory of the Capital City on the basis of visa or permanent residence.
