Simulation of Traffic Situation and Accident with Leakage of Dangerous Substance in Uherské Hradiště

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na řešení dopravní situace na zvolené komunikaci ve městě Uherské Hradiště. Zabývá se v první části přepravou nebezpečných věcí v souladu s mezinárodní dohodou ADR, vlastní nehodou nákladního vozidla s nebezpečnou látkou a nástinem činnosti složek Integrovaného záchranného systému při eliminaci úniku zvolené látky a ochranou obyvatelstva. Únik nebezpečné látky je simulován v softwaru TeRex na dvě roční období - léto a podzim, kde je využita možnost simulace za různých povětrnostních podmínek a výsledky jsou interpretovány v návrhu činnosti zasahujících složek. Dále je provedena simulace dopravní trasy v softwaru PVT Vissim s návrhem na úpravu místní komunikace, který spočívá v rozšíření o jeden jízdní pruh, neboť to dovoluje okolní prostředí. Tato úprava je nově simulována a na jejím základě jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení stavu v této části města Uherské Hradiště. Práce je využitelná tam, kde je možné provádět na základě dopravního průzkumu vytíženosti komunikace simulaci stavu a je možné přijímat opatření ve vztahu k ochraně obyvatelstva a zlepšení dopravního zabezpečení dané komunikace.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on solving the traffic situation on the selected road in the town of Uherské Hradiště. The first part deals with the transport of dangerous goods in accordance with the international ADR agreement, the truck accident with a dangerous substance and an outline of the activities of the Integrated Rescue System in eliminating the leakage of the selected substance and protecting the population. Leakage of a hazardous substance is simulated in the Terex software for two seasons - summer and autumn, where the possibility of simulation under different weather conditions is used and the results are interpreted in the design of the activities of the intervening components. Furthermore, a simulation of the traffic route is performed in the PVT Vissim software with a proposal for the modification of the local road, which consists in the extension by one lane, as this is allowed by the surrounding environment. This adjustment is newly simulated and on its basis measures are proposed to improve the situation in this part of the town of Uherské Hradiště. The thesis can be used where it is possible to perform a simulation of the condition on the basis of a traffic survey of road traffic and it is possible to take measures in relation to the protection of the population and the improvement of traffic security of the road.
