Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením kvality poskytovaných sociálních služeb, konkrétně služby chráněného bydlení. Pro toto hodnocení kvality byly vybrány čtyři neziskové organizace se zaměřením na službu bydlení v Jihočeském kraji. V této práci jsou stanoveny komparační oblasti dle kritérií standardů kvality sociálních služeb, na základě kterých jsou organizace mezi sebou porovnávány a hodnoceny. …more

The thesis deals with the evaluation of the quality of social services, particularly services Sheltered Housing. For this evaluation of quality were selected four non-profit organizations focused on service housing in the region of South Bohemia.
