Application of the gamy theory in the business environment

Abstract:

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je téma: Aplikace Teorie her v podnikové praxi. Tento předmět mě zaujal hlavně tím, jak velký důraz se mu dává na Vysoké škole finanční a správní. Probíhá z tohoto tématu mnoho dobrovolných seminářů s panem doc. Radimem Valenčíkem, CSc. Tento zajímavý obor, který analyzuje především konfliktní situace, se zabývá mnoha dalšími obory: jako jsou medicína, doprava, počítače, sociologie a mnoho dalších vědních disciplín. V mé práci jsem se snažil zobrazit celkový pohled na oblast teorie her. Nejprve jsem se zabýval její historií, poté jsem se zabýval popisem nejdůležitější osobnosti z oblasti teorie her. Definoval jsem základní termíny teorií her, jimiž jsou: hra, hráč, strategie, výplatní matice či inteligentní hráč. Nejdůležitější částí mé práce bylo rozebrání modelových konfliktních situací, které jsem následně v praktické části aplikoval na mnou zvolený podnik. Snažil jsem se docílit snadného pochopení této vědy a následně možnosti využití v reálném životě k usnadnění možných konfliktních situací.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor theses is: “Application of the game theory in the business environment”. The topic is interesting because of the fact it is emphasized at The University of Finance and Administration. There are many facultative seminars with Mr. Radim Valencik. This interesting specialization which first of all analyses conflict situations deals with many other specializations: like medicine, transport, computers, sociology and many other disciplines. In my work I tried to present the whole picture of the game theory. At the beginning I introduced the history of the game theory, and then I described the most important personalities of the game theory. I defined basic terms of the game theory, which are: game, player, strategy, payoff matrix or intelligent player. The most important part of my bachelor theses was the reconstruction model of conflict situations, which I applied on a model business in the practical part of my theses. I tried to reach easier understanding of the science “application of the game theory in the business environment” which could lead to better solving of possible conflict situations in the real world.
