Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u anesteziologických sester na operačním sále. Teoretická část je věnována anestezii, jejímu rozdělení, práce anesteziologické sestry, syndromu vyhoření, stresu, psychologické pomoci zdravotníkům a motivaci sester. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of burnout syndrome in anesthesiology nurses in the operating room. The theoretical part is devoted to anesthesia, its division, the work of an anesthesiology nurse, burnout syndrome, stress, psychological help for health professionals and nurses' motivation.
