Bakalářská práce pojednává o insolvenčním řízení a jeho charakteristice, způsobu fungování, průběhu apod.. K pohledu z čistě insolvenčního hlediska je přidám pohled trestně právní ochrany věřitele/ů. This bachelor thesis deals with the insolvency proceedings and its charakteristic, method of functioning, process, etc. To the view of pure insolvency angle is added perspective view of criminal law protection of the creditor/s.
