Cílem práce je zhodnocení účinnosti a efektivnosti správy a řízení společnosti Plzeňský Prazdroj. Pro tyto účely teoretická část rozebírá současné přístupy, praxi, systémy, doporučení a situaci problematiky v ČR. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate effectivity and efficiency Corporate governance in Plzeňský Prazdroj. Because of that the theoretical part analyse current aproaches, praxis, systems, recommendations and the situation about that in Czech republic.
