Abstract:
Práce se zabývá rozborem právní úpravy týkající se součinnosti školy a příslušných státních orgánů při soudním rozhodování o otázkách výchovy nezletilých dětí a o jejich postihu za protiprávní činy. Snaží se objasnit význam a žádoucí obsah podkladů poskytovaných školou pro toto řízení.
Abstract:
The presented dissertation is trying to make an analysis of the current Czech valid and effective regulation concerning the cooperation between schools and public authorities within the family court proceedings and within the penal proceedingst against children.
