Jako zánětlivé onemocnění střev patří Crohnova choroba mezi náročné a běžný život omezující nemoci. As an inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn’s disease ranks among challenging and life-limiting illnesses. Recently, it has been discovered that not only malfunction of the immune system or external influences take part in development of the disease but it is also genetically conditioned.
