Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu Rozvod manželství s mezinárodním prvkem. Cílem diplomové práce je podat ucelený přehled problematiky rozvodu manželství s mezinárodním prvkem, zejména v teoretické rovině. Diplomová práce sestává celkem z pěti kapitol. The diploma thesis deals with the topic Divorce of a marriage with an international element. The aim of the diploma thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the issue of divorce with an international element, especially on a theoretical level.
