Diplomová práce se zabývá výukou německého jazyka u romských dětí. Úvodem je přiblížena historie Romů, jejich mentalita a kultura a současná situace v ČR. Zároveň je zmíněna i problematika vyučování romských dětí obecně. Práce si klade tyto otázky: Liší se výuka NJ u romských dětí a výuka NJ u českých dětí?
