Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice strategického plánování v muzeu. Cílem je teoreticky nastínit postup strategického plánování v muzeích. Poznatky jsou uspořádány do logického návodu, jak vytvořit strategický plán v muzeu. The thesis deals with issues of strategic planning in the museum. The aim of this thesis is to outline the theory of strategic planning process in museums.
