Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá působením krizí na vývoj amerických akciových trhů od konce 18. století až po současnost; především pak na formování systému regulace a dozoru a změny myšlení účastníků trhu. Na základě zkoumání tohoto působení se tato práce snaží nalézt možné důsledky „současné finanční krize“ na akciové trhy v USA.
Abstract:
The topic of this thesis is the influence of crises on the development of American stock markets from the end of the 18th century to now, with special focus on the formation of the regulation and supervision system and the change of thinking in the market participants.
