Quality Analysis of Provided Services of Taxi Zlín

Abstract:

Hlavní cílem bakalářské práce je analýza kvality poskytovaných služeb společnosti Taxi Zlín. První část se zaměřuje na teoretický výklad základních pojmů z marketingu jako je marketing služeb, marketingový mix služeb, SWOT analýza, PEST analýza a analýza pěti konkurenčních sil. Tyto získané informace jsou použity jako teoretický podklad pro praktickou část. V praktické části představuji společnost Taxi Zlín a její služby, dále se věnuji SWOT ana-lýze, PEST analýze a Porterově analýze pěti konkurenčních sil. Pomocí sestavení dotazní-ku je zjištěna spokojenost zákazníků se stávajícími službami. Výsledky dotazníku jsou použity jako podklad pro následné návrhy a doporučení.

Abstract:

The main aim of my bachelor's thesis is to analyse the services provided by the Taxi Zlin. The first part focuses on theoretical explanation of the cocpets of marketing, services mar-keting, service marketing mix, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and Porter´s five forces ana-lysis. The information obtained is then used as a theoretical basis for the practical part. The practical part introduces the company Taxi Zlin and its services and analysis its services by using SWOT analysis and PEST analysis, Porter´s five forces analysis. Using a questionnai-re survey, the degree of clients´ satisfaction with the offered services is discovered. These re-sults serve as a basis for the subsequent suggestions and recommendations.
