Tématem této diplomové práce je docilování sociálního smíru mezi zaměstnanci a zaměstnavateli. Hlavním cílem je potvrdit, nebo vyvrátit značný přínos a potřebu sociálního smíru pro daný podnik. The topic of this diploma paper is reaching social reconciliation between employees and employers. The main goal is to confirm or contradict the remarkable benefit of social reconciliation and its necessity for a particular company.
