Intergenerational cooperation within volunteering

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je mezigenerační spolupráce v rámci dobrovolnictví. Tato práce se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů, které souvisí s touto problematikou,jako je generace, mezigenerační konflikty, mezigenerační učení a programy. Dále se zaměřuje na vymezení oblasti dobrovolnictví, jež s mezigenerační spoluprací úzce souvisí a často představuje základní východisko pro poskytování mezigenerační spolupráce. Cílem této práce je odhalit a popsat způsoby poskytování mezigenerační spolupráce na území České republiky. V závěru práce představuje některé způsoby, jakými je možné mezigenerační spolupráci poskytovat.

Abstract:

The theme of this bachelor thesis is intergenerational cooperation within volunteering.This thesis deals with the definition of basic terms related to this issue, such as generation, intergenerational conflicts, intergenerational learning and programs. It also focuses on defining the area of volunteering that is closely related to intergenerational cooperation and is often the basis for providing intergenerational cooperation. The aim of this work is to discover and describe ways of providing intergenerational cooperation in the territory of the Czech Republic. At the end of the thesis, there are some ways in which intergenerational cooperation can be provided.
