Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je vymezení postavení poškozeného a oběti v trestním řízení. Část práce je věnována Zákonu č. 45/2013 Sb., o obětech trestných činů. Práce je zaměřena na historii této problematiky a navazuje současnou právní úpravou na našem území i z mezinárodního hlediska. The goal of this bachelor´s thesis is to define the position of aggrieved and victim in the penal procedure. One part of this work is dedicated to the Act nr. 45/2013 Sb., about the victims of criminal acts.
