Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje přírodou inspirovaným metaheuristickým algoritmům a~jejich aplikaci na registraci medicínských obrazů. Práce předkládá rešerši těch nejznámějších metaheuristických algoritmů se zaměřením na algoritmy Evolučních strategií a Umělých včelích kolonií. Tyto dva algoritmy jsou porovnány s jejich biologickou předlohou, implementovány v prostředí MATLAB a testovány na sadě dvourozměrných …more
Abstract:
This thesis deals with bio-inspired metaheuristic algorithms and their application to the problem of medical image registration. Best known (existing) bio-inspired metaheuristics are reviewed. Main focus is on Evolution strategies and Artificial bee colony.
