Bakalářská práce se zabývá kalkulací nákladů v restauraci Gurmán. Kalkulačních technik je několik a vybrat tu, která bude nejvíce efektivní je složitý proces, který můžeme zjistit jedině aplikací na daný výrobek. The bachelor thesis deals with cost calculation in Gurmán restaurant. A costing technique is a tool that will serve as an application management tool.
