Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je na základě analýzy současného stavu ve vybrané společnosti navrhnout opatření, směřující k optimalizaci materiálového toku a jejich vyhodnocení. Pro účely analýzy byla zvolena společnost PPF Europe, konkrétně výrobní závod Veselí nad Lužnicí, kde se vyrábí krmivo pro zvířata. Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to suggest measures thet would lead to the optimization of the material flow and their evaluation. All the measures are suggested on the basis of an analysis of the current situation in a chosen company.
