Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby sportovního areálu v Plzeňském kraji ve městě Klatovy. Objekt je konstrukčně řešen s nízkou spotřebou energie. Projektová dokumentace je zpracována na úrovni dokumentace pro provádění staveb. Tato dokumentace bude obsahovat návrh TZB – ve formě general rozvodů. Projektová dokumentace se skládá z textové a výkresové části. Tato práce také obsahuje vyhodnocení a posouzení tepelně – technických charakteristik, jak navržených konstrukcí, tak budovy jako celku s následnou kategorizací budovy dle vyhlášky č. 78/2013 Sb., o energetické náročnosti budov v aktuálním znění.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with a building project of a new sports complex in the Pilsen region in the town of Klatovy. The building is designed with low energy consuption. The project documentation is elaborated on the level of documentatiton for the execution of building and it will include proposition of TZB with formo f diagram of conduit. Documentation consists of text and drawing part. Part of the diploma thesis is evaluation and assessment of thermal – technical characteristics of the proposed structures and the building as a whole with the subsequent building categorization according to Decre No. 78/2013, about energy performance of buildings in the current version.
