Nozick, Foucault and Redistribution. Comparing the Critical Views of Two Disparate Philosophers
Abstract:
V práci se srovnává pohled Roberta Nozicka na neoprávněnost materiální redistribuce jako instituce sociálního státu s pohledem Michela Foucaulta a technik biomoci. I přes rozdílnost jejich definice pojmu moc je podán důkaz toho, že instituce redistribuce je zneužitím státní moci v pojetí obou autorů.
Abstract:
The essay compares Robert Nozick's view on redistribution as an unlawful institution of the wellfare state with Michel Foucault's uncovering of the techinque of the so called bio-power. Despite the differences in their definitons of power, the evidence is found that the practice of redistribution is an instance of power abuse within the definition of both authors.
